Refund and Returns Policy

Because AADRIATIC LIMITED provides instant access to digital goods (e-books), our refund policy is tailored to the nature of downloadable products.

Digital Products (E-books)

• All Sales are Final: Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of our e-books, all sales are considered final once the download link has been provided or the file has been accessed. We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind.”
• Defective or Corrupted Files: If you purchase an e-book and the file is defective, corrupted, or cannot be opened, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase. We will gladly provide a replacement file. If a replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund.
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same e-book more than once, please contact us within 7 Days with your order numbers, and we will refund the duplicate transaction.
